What are your income requirements?
To qualify, your monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount.
What documentation do I need to apply?
You will need to provide either your two most recent paystubs or a job offer letter, whichever is the most recent.
Do you allow co-signers?
Yes, you can inquire about co-signer options with our management office.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, all leaseholders are required to have renter's insurance.
What is your pet policy?
We allow a maximum of 2 pets.
Do you have any breed restrictions?
Yes, we have breed restrictions.
Do you offer affordable units / accept housing vouchers?
We have 9 income-based apartments available. Please inquire with our office regarding specific income limits. Section 8 vouchers can be used for our income-based apartments.
Is there parking / guest parking? (And is there a fee?)
Parking is available at the surface level, and guest parking is complimentary. Underground heated parking is available for an additional fee.
What schools are you assigned to?
Elementary School: Poplar Bridge Elementary; Middle School: Valley View Middle School; High School: John F. Kennedy High School.
